Please consider the following steps for the time being:
• If you have an urgent Zoom meeting scheduled, please ensure you have a backup method ready (e.g., phone dial-in, alternative conferencing app).
• If you experience any issues logging into or using Zoom, please let us know immediately with: time of the incident, symptoms (e.g., unable to join meeting, audio/video degradation).
• We will share updates promptly as we receive them from Zoom or AWS.
